Pack Your Items

Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original shoe box is protected inside a shipping carton.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
